Proofreading is a pain in the arse. You read what you have previously written, imagining it to be really good, and then there’s some real style fuck-ups in your thesis. Too much personal opinion, too little academically required distance. Just 4 weeks to go until the final submission. To be fair, large parts of it are really good and I WILL PASS. I WILL PASS. IT WILL PASS.

    What are you doing yours in? I just started one in cancer biology…still seems pretty daunting at this point.
